Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor in Ottawa for part-time coverage across beauty retailer locations. The role requires building relationships with stores and retail staff to increase productivity and sales.

You will train staff using our education programs and support brand guidelines within the Ottawa, ON market. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in beauty brand/retailer roles, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Strong beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional in-store conduct; team player.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Must have a working smartphone and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule; available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and reliable in all shifts.
• Achieve sales goals across assigned stores.
• Educate retail staff on brands and selling strategies.
• Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines.
• Host and participate in branded events; drive sales.
• Complete in-store surveys at end of shift.

Brand Advisor - Ottawa

Location: Ottawa, ON

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 / hour

Description

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the Ottawa, ON market(s). Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within one or more of these market areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app

Skills & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
