Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for the Long Island market. The role covers Plainview and surrounding beauty retailer locations, with weekend availability and a strong focus on achieving sales goals and educating store staff on product lines.

The position is part-time, offering a competitive hourly rate. You will work with Headkount’s education programs to drive brand guidelines and merchandising at in-store events across the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in beauty brand or beauty retailer
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
• Strong communication skills
• Professional conduct in-store & team player
• Ability to self-motivate & work independently
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
• Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends

Responsabilités

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff on brands for the day with product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
