TESOLIFE US INC. is seeking a Beauty Team Leader at our Lynnwood, WA location. You will lead the Beauty area, oversee merchandising, replenishment, price labeling, and tester management while coaching team members to deliver friendly service and clean, organized displays.

As frontline execution lead, you’ll monitor stock, expiration dates, and promotions, ensuring high standards and timely replenishment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a quarterly bonus potential.

Formación

• Experience in retail or beauty or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Able to manage merchandising, replenishment, and price labeling.
• Familiar with store operations and customer service best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise Beauty area and manage shelves, fronts, and gaps.
• Ensure accurate price labels and current promotions.
• Perform replenishment, recovery, and FIFO rotation, and report issues.
