Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking energetic team members to join our salon staff. You will engage customers, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

The position offers growth with a leader in the tanning industry, starting pay at $21/hour with raises to $25/hour, monthly bonuses, and numerous benefits including healthcare and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Assist customers with tanning equipment and questions for first-time users.

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
