Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Salon Associate in Irvine, CA. You will drive daily sales, train staff, and ensure a clean, friendly salon environment while guiding customers through tanning services.

Applicants should be 18+, capable of standing and lifting light loads, and flexible for evenings/weekends. We offer an energetic team, growth opportunities, and employee discounts on services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to support salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and products.
• Keep salon clean and organized.
• Open/close business operations.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and track goals.
• Guide customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment.

• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
