Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash, open/close business, and complete daily administrative tasks.
• Track goals and performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
