Responsibilities:

1. Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
2. Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
3. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
4. Maintain a clean and organized salon.
5. Cash handling, opening/closing business.
6. Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma, or equivalent.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
5. Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
6. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
7. Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
