Job Objectives:

1. Maximize sales and brand awareness by providing exceptional customer care in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
2. Offer impartial, personalized advice and expertise on beauty and wellness products, regardless of brand and budget.
3. Demonstrate passion for beauty and wellness, providing inspirational knowledge and consultations, including mini-makeovers and skincare assessments.
4. Create a distinctive and delightful customer experience and oversee beauty department standards.

Job Responsibilities include:

1. Engaging customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure positive experiences.
2. Sharing best practices in customer care, proactively assisting, and informing customers of options.
3. Building customer relationships through authentic interactions and engagement with omni-channel solutions.
4. Conducting product demonstrations and consultations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablets.
5. Leading in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
6. Maintaining department standards, stock, and hygiene compliance.
7. Participating in meetings, training, and promotional activities.

Qualifications include:

1. High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of retail sales experience with sales goals or experience in beauty/cosmetic sales and customer care.
2. Knowledge of products and brands, relationship-building skills, and basic PC/tablet skills.
3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
5. Licensure in Cosmetology or Esthetician license.
6. Experience with makeup application, prestige brands, and possibly a degree from Beauty School.
