Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate product usage to inspire and educate customers.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and pricing changes.
• Assist omni-channel processes within the department.
• Report damaged or missing product/fixtures to supervisor.
