Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assess individual needs, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will help guests select products, conduct services, and support in-store events to drive sales.

In this role you’ll stay informed about products, maintain stock and store cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals while providing excellent service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greeting at the door.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and service questions.
• Process cashier transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Demonstrate makeup, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support in-store services and events to enhance guest experience.
