Job summary

CVS Health in Hawaii is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to help customers in the store's beauty zone, sharing the latest trends and product knowledge to build personalized baskets.

This full-time role requires passionate sales service, ability to upsell, and participation in CVS beauty programs; you’ll keep displays tidy, learn ongoing promotions, and contribute to a positive, health-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented with passion for beauty and service.
• Ability to use product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak hours.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish in some stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to every client.
• Explain product usage and benefits and promote CVS Beauty Club programs to close sales.
• Create and maintain attractive beauty displays and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and ensure hygiene standards.
