Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service in the beauty area of CVS stores in New Jersey. You will advise customers on products, demonstrate usage, and leverage promotions to maximize basket size.

You will participate in events, manage displays, and uphold hygiene and merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience for clients seeking health and beauty solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in specific CVS stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Seek out customers to ensure they have a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service and upselling.
• Engage customers entering the beauty zone with tailored advice and product knowledge.
• Explain product usage and benefits and promote CVS Beauty Club programs and in-store events.
• Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and beauty-specific promotional materials.
