Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.

• Comfortable with technology including smartphones, tablets and Windows devices.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Leverage training tools and brand resources to build product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising and beauty hygiene standards, aligning with vendor directives.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Support store operations by assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Assist with omni and operations processes to ensure product protection and safety.
