Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives.
Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service and personalized consultations.
Utilize clienteling tools and provide product recommendations to meet needs.
Execute promotions, events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Provide omnichannel service by sharing inventory and product details with customers.
Maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards.
Support store operations and asset protection initiatives as assigned.
