Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and support sales through product knowledge and service. You will greet guests, guide them to products, and assist with loyalty programs, while maintaining store standards and assisting with events.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, and flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combo.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engagement.
• Perform cashier tasks, process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked fixtures.
• Conduct makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
