Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding guest experiences on the sales floor and during in-store events. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales while maintaining clean, stocked fixtures and courteous service.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on meeting store goals and promoting Ulta Beauty services and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service to needs, explain products and promotions, and recommend Ulta Beauty offerings.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online order support; perform makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments for services and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience and sales results.
• Stay informed about new products and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
