Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
