Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging guests, suggesting products, answering questions, and promoting promotions.
• Perform cashier tasks, handle refunds and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
