Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor in the United States to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative approach that meets client needs. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards at Kohl's Sephora.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, applying product knowledge to influence purchases, completing required training, and assisting with inventory and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Must have authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Demonstrate products and proper application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
