Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience at our Tempe store. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, recommending products and answering questions with enthusiasm.

You'll build relationships, assist with promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in our Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming store environment and representing the Sally Beauty

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
