Job summary
Sally Beauty Advisor role in our Tempe, AZ stores focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience for customers seeking hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. In addition, you will set up displays, inform customers about promotions, enroll them in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service preferred.
- Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
