Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Santa Ana is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging customers, assessing needs, applying makeup, and recommending products and services. You will drive sales and guest loyalty through knowledgeable service and in-store events.

Responsibilities include keeping the store clean and replenished, processing transactions, assisting with online orders, and supporting leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic technology.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and upsell products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients to better serve guests.
