Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences through makeup applications, personalized consultations, and strong clienteling.

This hourly, in-store role emphasizes product knowledge, promotions, and omnichannel service across beauty and fragrance lines. You will build lasting client relationships, participate in events, and contribute to a positive store culture while maintaining merchandising standards and safety

Qualifications

Customer service focus with a drive to achieve store objectives.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable with technology and devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Maintain and adhere to required state licenses or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience through excellent service and client relationships.
Provide makeup applications and skincare consultations with personalized recommendations.
Promote promotions, events, and outreach to maximize performance and omnichannel sales.
Utilize clienteling tools and brand resources to build loyalty and meet customer needs.
Maintain store visuals, hygiene standards, and assist with omni and operations processes.
