Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor, including makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will greet guests, answer questions, and recommend products while supporting store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist with online orders and handle refunds, exchanges, and customer service requests.
• Stay informed about new products and services to better assist guests and communicate benefits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures replenished and organized.
