Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales and upsell when appropriate.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by product demonstrations and applications to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and store standards including tester upkeep and cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale, including freight, back stock, replenishment, counts and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Assist safety and shrink programs as per guidelines.
• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes and follow policies.
