• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applying techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and store standards, including tester upkeep and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight handling, back stock, replenishment, and price changes.
• Assist with visual elements and report missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and shortage reduction programs following company guidelines.
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes and adhere to company policies.
