Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, building relationships and guiding customers through their beauty journey.

You will learn and apply product knowledge, participate in promotions, and help keep displays inviting while enrolling customers in the Loyalty program. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Passion for beauty and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
