Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers about promotions while helping manage loyalty enrollment and transactions.

The role offers training, a culture-driven environment, and flexible scheduling to suit individual needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
