Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is looking for a friendly Beauty Advisor to help customers discover the right hair, skin, and nail products while providing a memorable shopping experience. You will guide customers through color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, leveraging Sally Beauty’s education programs to grow product knowledge and service excellence.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on upselling, promotions, and loyalty enrollment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sell and upsell products.
• Basic beauty product knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Offer flexible schedules to suit different needs.
