Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promos, and guide them through their beauty journey using Sally Beauty training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
Ability to read and explain product labels.
Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
