Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will help customers through their beauty journey with product knowledge and supportive training provided by Sally Beauty.

You will build relationships, highlight current promotions, and assist with displays while ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming store environment. Growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
