Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You’ll build relationships, recommend products, and guide customers through promotions while ensuring loyalty enrollment and accurate checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Able to read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
