Job summary

Macy’s in Bethesda is seeking a Cosmetic Sales colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to support customers’ beauty needs and drive sales. You’ll educate clients on products, demonstrate makeup techniques, and build a loyal client base through excellent service.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with the Beauty team, participate in promotions, learn new trends, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and meet sales goals.
• Strong product knowledge and makeup application skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert beauty guidance.
• Demonstrate makeup techniques and apply products.
• Maintain displays and manage inventory.
