Ulta Beauty is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm on the shop floor. You will engage guests, perform product demonstrations, and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled customer journey.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product questions, services, and promotions.

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of the sales floor and fixtures.
• Process transactions and support online orders as needed.
