Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, and set up displays while ensuring loyalty program enrollment.

This role offers varied schedules, generous product discounts, free samples, and comprehensive product education to support growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Creating a memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching.
