Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a COSMOPROF Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences across beauty categories. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, acting as an advisor on their journey. Training will be provided; bring passion and personality and grow with us.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, set up displays, and ensure customers are enrolled in the loyalty program while handling transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Read and explain product labels and follow product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Enrol customers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
