Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests with product needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
