Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and personalizing service to their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is replenished and showcased.
