Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service to their needs, answer questions, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events for guest experience and sales goals.
• Stay informed on new and existing products to better serve guests.
