You will participate in training and stay informed about product benefits to better assist guests and support events and promotions. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to needs, answer questions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver exceptional experiences.
