Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, determine individual needs, and assist with transactions while keeping shelves stocked and the store clean. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction, and help book appointments for in-store services and events.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and determine guest needs.
• Conduct cashier tasks and assist with on-line orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
