Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, greet and engage customers, and guide product recommendations and services. The role includes makeup applications, skincare analysis, and assisting with in-store events to drive sales.

Able to stay current on products, maintain store cleanliness, and handle cashier tasks as part of daily operations. Flexible scheduling applies, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting, engaging, and advising guests on products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
