Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and promote products and promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and events.
• Stay informed on product ingredients and benefits.
