Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and assist guests with product recommendations. This role supports store performance and events, while maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

You will engage guests, answer questions, and help drive sales through knowledge of products and promotions, with emphasis on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and identifying their beauty needs.
• Perform cashier duties and process transactions accurately.
• Keep fixtures stocked and the sales floor clean and organized.
• Demonstrate products through makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on products and promotions to upsell and educate guests.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to store policies.
