Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, assess needs, answer questions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance.
