Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Fort Worth store. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, perform makeup applications, and assist with events while meeting sales goals.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a passion for beauty. This role requires flexibility, weekend shifts, and a willingness to learn Ulta Beauty products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver a premier guest experience while meeting sales goals.
