Job summary

Belk Beauty Advisor drives sales by delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships. You will perform product applications, provide personalized consultations, and offer customized recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.

In this role, you will support promotions and events, utilize digital tools for omnichannel service, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with store operations while adapting to a fast-paced commission environment.

• Experience assisting customers with makeup applications and skincare services.
• Maintain licenses or certifications as required by state/local boards.
