Responsibilities

• Create memorable store experiences through relationships with team, vendors, customers, and community.
• Build customer loyalty with personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet needs and preferences.
• Execute promotions, events, and outreach to maximize performance and sales.
• Utilize selling tools and devices to provide omnichannel experiences and accurate product details.
• Leverage training and brand resources to build product knowledge and suggestive selling skills.
• Merchandise and replenish products timely; maintain visual standards and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
• Support store operations and omni processes as assigned.
