Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience and guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the advisor on the customer’s journey, with Sally Beauty training provided and a focus on loyalty enrollment and promotions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product recommendations, and efficient checkout, with flexible hours to fit diverse schedules and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
