Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Kohl's beauty department in Manitowoc, WI. You will drive sales through genuine product knowledge and consultative client interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards. You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product application, stay current on beauty trends, and complete required training to expand

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Assist with visual elements and report damaged products/fixtures.
